Free Printed Books

Every book I've written is free as a PDF. When someone buys a printed copy on Amazon, that money goes straight back into buying printed copies for readers who want the real thing but can't swing it right now.

If that's you, this page is how you ask. It takes about three minutes, and I never see your address.

How this works, plainly

You make an Amazon wish list — that's just a public page of books with your shipping address attached to it, hidden from whoever's looking. You add the books you want to it and send me the link. I click buy, Amazon ships it to your door, and your address never appears on my screen or in my database.

Add as many as you like — one arrives each month

Put every book you want on your wish list, then tell me which ones you want on the form below. I buy the first one now. A month later I buy the next one on your list, and so on until you've got them all.

It's spaced out on purpose. These take most people a few weeks to read and actually put into practice, so the next one lands about when you're ready for it.

One honest ask before you pick

This fund exists to get this information in front of more people. Every copy comes out of it, so please only pick the books you genuinely intend to sit down and absorb — not all of them just because they're free. If you're not sure you'll get to one, leave it for now and come back later. The PDF is free and waiting either way.

And when you're done with a book, please pass it on. If it helped you and you know someone in the same spot, hand it to them or leave it somewhere it'll get found. That's the best thing that can happen to a copy.

And if you can afford a $10 book — buying one is exactly what pays for someone else's.

Put those books on an Amazon wish list

This is the part that keeps your address private — you set it on the list, Amazon ships from it, I never see it.
  1. On amazon.com, go to Account & Lists → Create a List. Name it anything.
  2. Open Manage list and set your shipping address on it. This is the whole trick — skip it and I can't send you anything.
  3. Open each of your picks below and hit Add to List (the arrow next to Add to Cart) — not Add to Cart.
  4. On your list, click Invite → View only and copy the link.

Pick your books in step 2 and their Amazon links will show up here, in the order they'll arrive.
